That's 52 general-purpose live online sessions added on top of our unlimited daily coaching. During our live client-coach sessions, we can coach your gym session in real time, or sit down to have a proper "in-person" client-coach talk online once per week for an hour.

In-person: Workshops
Workshop 1 is coming soon. These paid workshops will take place in person right here in Cape Town across three different levels. In order to attend one of our workshops, you will have to book and pay for your seat in advance.
Strength By Fitness will also launch something for worldwide clients, readers, institutions, and businesses in the shape of paid online lectures.

Fitness Hike: 300€ per person
A Strength By Fitness hike is not just time spent in nature for the beautiful, natural scenery & experience. Our fitness hikes mean that we hike for the exercise & coaching too.
Backpacks are weighted & provided for you. Bring a bottle of water, and let's go. This is a physically challenging hike for fit people through the beautiful Cape Town nature in areas surrounding Lions Head & Table Mountain. It's a walk in nature, yes, but with weights, done for fitness, and it is a fitness hike that includes health, fitness, and nutritional conversations, weighted calisthenics, water breaks when needed, and maybe some yoga, intervals & sports combat too.
