We hike in the gorgeous, mountainous area of Lions Head & Table Mountain while discussing health, fitness, nutrition, and habits.

While getting coached, you also reap all the benefits of spending time in nature, soaking up Vitamin D boosting rays of sun, and exercising in that lower to moderate kind of effort that a good hike through elevated terrain provides.
You book and pay online, and once your payment has been processed Strength By Fitness coach team will reach out and manually book and verify the day and time of your hike.
Availability.
Monday to Sunday, 0600 to 1500 Local time.
You must pay for and book your hike + coaching session at least 72 hours in advance.
Pricing.
The price is per group for a total of 10 sessions. This means that if you are 3 people or more in the group, person number three and up are getting our weighted Fitness Hike + Coaching free of charge.
Compared to our standard group price, you are only paying for 3 out of 10 group sessions.
Participants.
Max 10 people can participate per session, for a total of 10 sessions.
We limit the number of participants to 10 since we need to be able to provide each participant with their own individualised coaching talk.
