Our unlimited, private online coaching takes place in one mandatory app Everfit because it is the best fitness, health, and habit coaching app we have discovered so far here at Strength By Fitness. As a Strength By Fitness client you do not need to use any other app for as long as you remain our client.
We have also chosen to include Hava in our coaching since it is by far the best nutritional app on the market today, and even better, Hava is completely free to use. The Hava team do offer a paid pro version too which provides additional features for convenience.
Hava is optional, but it comes highly recommended by us.
The way we make use of Hava is that all of the recipes we create in your individual food plan, and all of our public recipes, as well as our recipes in our book “STYRKA Volume One” are delivered to you with a complete ingredient ( and nutrition ) list from the Hava app, this way you can take our recipes as they are written and make use of them perpetually in the Hava app even if you would stop working with us at some point.
Save them as a favorite recipe and keep logging Strength By Fitness nutritionally complete, high-protein meals for the rest of your life with Hava.
This allows us to work privately with each client across all aspects of health, nutrition and fitness both online via the Everfit and Hava app as well as in-person, on-location ( all in-person clients also benefit from our unlimited online coaching since that is included in our in-person coaching ).

Once your one time payment has been fulfilled we will follow up with a bunch of coaching questions regarding your current health, and fitness status.
These questions will also cover your past experience, current and past fitness level, your goals and schedule, unique life situation, and possible known issues, such as injuries, health issues, medications, reduced range of motion, debilitating pain et cetera.
You can choose to kick start this part of the coaching journey by taking our free Master Coach Assessment ( located in the top menu on this website ).
No need to worry, we also cover food and nutritional preferences, intolerances and allergies.
So it doesn’t matter if you are a vegan, plant-based, omnivore or keto, carnivore.
Our recipes and coaching, and our custom made food plan for you will cover the realities of your food life. And yes, if you are only interested in fitness, or health, motivation or nutrition then that is how we will coach you.
Human health, and fitness is an ecosystem made up of all these things that we specialize in. But that does not mean that you have to make use of our expertise in all these areas of your journey. Its all there, ready for the taking, but if you prefer to just focus on strength training, or your food habits, fat loss, or running, then that is how we will approach you as our client.

12 months of unlimited private online coaching is available for 600€/US$ as of January 01, 2025.
You can also buy our unlimited private online coaching 1 month at a time for 120€. So the 12 months online coaching package represents a substantial saving compared to the monthly coaching price, paying for itself in full after just 5 months.
Even at 600€ per year, our 12 month long online coaching package is a very aggressive and incredibly affordable price when you compare it to our own in-person pricing or the price of other nutritional coaches and personal trainers with similar experience and world class knowledge.
10 in-person sessions typically cost 600 to 1200€ around the world, and some places are even more expensive.
Our own in-person price is 120€ per session, but we also offer a 12 month subscription for in-person coaching, listed down below.

Strength By Fitness also provide in-person, on-location coaching. Something our coaches have been doing for a decade already.
Our in-person prices start at 120€ per session.
You can save on that amount when you book a larger coaching package or even weekly annual coaching.
10 on-location-in-person session can be bought for 900€, and they do not expire. So this is a great option for the infrequent client that like to go at it on their own most of the time.
But we also offer an amazing in-person coaching package that offers the best of both worlds.
Annual In-Person Coaching, 2 to 4 sessions, in-person per week for an entire year.
Our annual in-person subscription gives you between 2 to 4 sessions per week for an entire year, and you only pay us 600€ per month as a 12 month subscription.
Even better, our 12-month, in-person subscription gives you free access to our unlimited online coaching too, this means that between your weekly sessions you can message us an unlimited amount of time the entire year with all of your questions, request updates to your food and fitness plan.
Ask for form checks by uploading your exercise videos, make use of our programmed daily and weekly tasks, track your metrics and log all of your workout data right in the app, and so on.
No matter how you make use of our coaching team, we are right by your side for the entire year, all-year-round. Providing educated human coaching with to the point feedback, progression, support, and motivation. And if you continue working with us across multiple years you get to keep the same coach for the perfect uninterrupted coach-client experience.
Unlimited Forum Coaching

Unlimited forum-based online coaching will only cost you 70€ and last for 12 months so it makes for the perfect choice for people on a tight budget.
Included in the price is one month of Everfit access, this way we can provide you with the same high-quality individually tailored food, life, and fitness foundation as our unlimited private coaching clients.
As such, our forum coaching comes complete with all the filmed exercises, progression metrics, daily meals, and recipes our private coaching clients get to enjoy. You just cant access our private in-app coaching for more than 4 weeks.
For the remaining 11 months what you get instead is what we call forum coaching.
This is not a way to get unlimited private 1 on 1 coaching on the cheap.
We will motivate, guide, and coach you and answer all the questions and requests you have during your yearlong forum coaching journey. We will do this in the same qualitative way we coach our private clients.
But everyone else that´s on the forum coaching plan will see your questions and our answers.
So let us recap some key differences.
Forum coaching is not a private 1 on 1 coaching solution, its one to many.
Every other client who´s opted into forum coaching can see your questions and our answers. Unlike our private coaching online, and in-person.
Further, forum coaching is asynchronous, this means that our private coaching clients ( online and in-person ) get higher priority.
Messages and content with these clients are shared in real time via the Everfit app during office hours and weekends, if we publish something they get it right away, and when they message us or share a filmed exercise its right there in the app, waiting for us, when they log their meal or session we see their metrics and the data tracks across their journey.
Forum coaching, on the other hand is asynchronous so while we answer unlimited coaching questions regarding your health, food, and fitness journey, it´s going to be slower in other words and its on a less prioritized schedule for us.
On the plus side, it is far more affordable at 70€ and it provides the same high-quality worldclass human powered coaching you deserve. Which makes it a great combo for people that make use of AI powered fitness apps, and food apps like Hava, because you can still get our educated human coaching input on your specific situation.

7 days of fasting: Physical performance and metabolic adaptation during exercise in humans.
In this 7-day long study, 13 participants in total, fasted for seven consecutive days while still exercising.
As you can expect they lost fat mass.
But they lost more than three times as much lean mass as actual fat mass.
