Our unlimited, private online coaching takes place in the Everfit app because it is the best app we have discovered so far here at Strength By Fitness.
This allows us to work privately with each client across all aspects of health, nutrition and fitness. Habits, stress management, fat loss, hypertrophy, strength, endurance, daily walks, food prep and planning, schedules and tracking, no matter metric, situation and goals.
What languages do we coach in?
The default language here at Strength By Fitness is English, no matter what we do, and that is what all our content makes use of. We are a global coaching, health, and fitness company after all with clients from around the world and English is a universal language.
But we can coach our clients in Swedish too, if requested by the client.
The cost for 12 months.
200€/US$ one-time payment.
Your Strength By Fitness health & fitness journey starts with you reaching out to us ( salesandcoaching@strengthbyfitness.com ) so you can pick the coaching package thats suitable for you. Once your payment has been fulfilled we will follow up with a bunch of coaching questions regarding your current health, and fitness status, your experience, fitness level, your goals and schedule, life situation, and possible issues, such as injuries, known health issues, medications et cetera.
Our Health, Food, and Fitness Coaching Packages:
12 months of unlimited private online coaching for 200€.
or
1 month of unlimited private online coaching for 70€.
Our ordinary 12-month price for unlimited online coaching is 400€ per person and year so this end-of-the-year discount represents a substantial saving.
We also provide in-person, on-location coaching for 120€ per session. With savings for larger coaching packages.
Unlimited Forum Coaching.
Strength By Fitness also provides another coaching option, which also happens to be our most affordable coaching solution for you.
Unlimited forum-based online coaching will only cost you 70€ and last for 12 months.
Included in the price is one month of Everfit access, so we can provide you with the same high-quality individually tailored food, life, and fitness plan as our unlimited private coaching clients.
As such, our forum coaching comes complete with all the filmed exercises, progression metrics, daily meals, and recipes our private coaching clients get to enjoy.
This allows you to take your food and fitness plan offline and use it as your foundation for the remaining 11 months of forum coaching as we motivate, guide, and coach you and answer all the questions and requests you have during your yearlong forum coaching journey.
Some differences.
Forum coaching is not private, so any other client who´s opted into forum coaching can see your questions and our answers.
It is also asynchronous, so our private coaching clients get higher priority. Further, messages and content with these clients are shared in real time via the Everfit app during office hours and weekends.
Forum coaching, on the other hand is asynchronous so while we answer unlimited coaching questions regarding your health, food, and fitness journey, it´s going to be slower in other words.
On the plus side, it is far more affordable at 70€ and it provides the same high-quality coaching you deserve.

Saturday is one of our weekly gym-free recovery days.
